Update from a 4 star to a 1 star review. Everyone working there is absolutely miserable and rude to customers. The same lady who is at the first desk is always bitter and today just about did it for me to were I have to write a review to help others. Service is very slow as well. If you get a job that makes you miserable then why work there! You are spreading your negativity towards others which honestly really can ruin someone’s day by your attitude. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please avoid taking your driving test at this location. The examiner, Kayla, I had was extremely unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. I also felt that I was treated unfairly, with behavior that suggested possible racial bias. On the positive side, the other staff members and the manger, Trent, were friendly and helpful, but the examiner’s conduct completely overshadowed that. They really need to change the signage. You can't tell there is a handicap lane until you spend time in the wrong line. The Start Here sign needs to be swiveled 90 degrees so it faces you when you enter the line.
If you plan to go to the DMV Monday through Friday? Make sure you plan accordingly. They’re only open three days out of the five days out of the work week. They’re closed four days out of the seven days of a normal week. I don’t understand how a government facility can operate like this Who made the schedule and approved it?
