When Miss Katie was there the place went so much smoothly and she was always nice to us, these new people that have come in Center they really suck they are mean to you they are not Christian like at all and act like you're telling them lies... I don't know how they treat the senior citizens but I am a food pantry participant... No one should talk down to another person EVER. Just saying... I spoke with Sheila to get information and she was super sweet. She explained the information I needed for my brother with compassion and kindness.
My Mom and I have nothing but rave reviews for GRASP! My Mom used the transportation services for about a year and a half. Her regular driver, Glenn was a blessing and my Mom and I both adore him. Shout out to Sheila, who made sure my Mom was always properly scheduled, and always keep me informed of any changes which may occur due to holidays, etc. Thank you GRASP for outstanding help and service!
