Jason at Grasbys went above and beyond to get me perfectly outfitted for an important event. Not only did he get it done in 30 minutes, but he also stayed after closing time to help me out. I couldn't be happier with the fit or the experience. Highly recommend!
If you don't look like you have money, don't bother. I fell in LOVE with a dress in the window and went in to look at it. Not a single word was said to me, staff made eye contact, looked me up and down then returned to their little chat. I put that dress back so fast and left. I prefer not to be profiled during a shopping experience. Disgusting customer service. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.
Great selection of clothing and customer service! Only thing missing was the Harvey jacket from Matinique
