Message to drivers: this place isn't worth the wait. You lose money and rush due to the incompetence of the drive-thru staff. I've been there several times, and the deliveries are never ready. It takes too long. I've been with Uber for eight years and I work at almost every liquor store, and this is definitely always a problem. I don't take the time to do this, but it's so no one else falls for it.

Grapes & Grains is a great spot. I was a little overwhelmed at first, so many bottles! But the staff there is really helpful. I was looking for a specific rum, and a guy named Alen really knew his stuff. He was super chill and actually listened to what I was trying to find, instead of just pointing me vaguely towards the rum section. He made some good suggestions, and I ended up finding exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend checking them out.
Austin was super helpful at helping me place a special order for pick up. Will definitely revisit!
Alan helped me out, great customer service. Found what I needed that other stores didn’t have! Awesome guy and awesome store.
