My happy place in Vancouver. Sooo clean and pretty. I come almost every day for fun and challenging sessions and my overall mood and energy improved significantly since I’ve started working out here. Sunil Singh Nagarkoti is a great trainer who always aims to make workouts personalised for specific needs of each person in the group. Amy, Van and everyone are welcoming and caring. And the Ice-Fire Therapy is amazing and invigorating experience. Love everything about this place.

We have been doing personal training here with Koti. The staff here is very nice and friendly and the place is very clean. I will recommend everyone to go there to attend the course and try the personal training to see the change of your body

The instructors here are amazing and very educational and help you out if you are a beginners! It also comes with showers, lockers, locker keys, and a sauna! Great staff
