I had an appointment today, and when I arrived, I was told that I had already used all 5 of my sessions, which isn’t correct. They claimed I used one on 8 January, but my referral from my GP was issued on 29 January, so that doesn’t add up. When I mentioned this, I was then told that one of my sessions had been used by my mum, which is also not true, as she used her own five sessions. First impression the floor was dirty, reeked of food and nobody seemed to know what was happening. I had to ask what we should do, ended up leaving after 5 mins as I was sacred and felt unsafe. Maybe this place is a good option for minor therapy but if you have a major injury probably best to stay away.
Priyanka is knowledgeable and is amazing at what she does. She goes above and beyond for me and my lower back injury. I would definately recommend her to anyone! Thank you Priyaka your an absolute gem 🥰
