I took my son to see a paediatric physiotherapist, Pranjali Khairmode. This will be long review, so short version is I never saw the therapist. Because 40 minutes past my appointment time, she was still not even in the building. Being that late and lying about ETA and her reason for being late is just being disrespectful and unprofessional. Details: I arrived at 945, as they requested I be there 10 min before to fill out forms for the 10am appointment. 1007, still sitting there waiting. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. From day one, the staff have been nothing but accommodating, patient, and genuinely kind. When I first walked in crying from my very first back injury, Hemal immediately took me in as a walk-in and made me feel cared for and supported right away. Hemal was very kind and listened to me sob about my pain and it left a lasting impression on me. The team was truly compassionate. I was treated by Cheryl So for mobility issues including lower back pain, knee and foot pain due to osteo-arthritis. She used the dry needles therapy and gave me an exercise program. I made good progress after a few visits and I have regained most of my mobility and pain is reduced by 90%. Prior to visiting this clinic I was in despair that I would be able to walk again, so I would highly recommend Cheryl So .
