The moment you walked in, you greeted with compassionate and attentive staff. The place is clean and comfortable environment and you fell like you're home. It is not only to top level care facility but its a therapy to you sole.
I have been living at Granville Gardens and it is truly the best senior living that I could have hoped to find! I am an independent senior and Granville Gardens offers everything that I need and want at this time in my life. Let me show everyone how CHEAP this company is. Their employees are paid an hourly rate, and if they tap out 1 minute or 3 minutes before their shift ends, this company DEDUCTS it from their paycheck. But they don't notice when employees tap in 15, 20, or 30 minutes before their shift and start working. I know that 99% of companies give a 5-minute grace period, but this company does not do so. How sad!!! This just proves how much they claim they VALUE their employees.😏
I was greeted by the general manager Michael Tablit upon arrival. He was extermly friendly and made me feel very comfortable. His knowledge and attention to details was awsome and answered all my question. Introduced me to some of the residents who all seemed to be happy with him and how things were going . The place was clean and felt organized I will definitely consider Grandville Gardens as my retirement home
If i could give a zero ratings I would!!! This company DOES NOT VALUE their employees. I'm not sure how they got the best-managed company. They should speak to the workers and then reevaluate!!!
