Poor service. They promised to get back to me and never did. Followed up and was promised a call back again. And nothing. Waste of time. Don't make promises you don't intend to keep.
The young lady is friendly, but the older male adult is not. He didn’t speak nor give eye contact upon entrance. As the young lady was checking my item value, I started to leave, but it would of been rude to waste her time. She asked him a couple of questions and when he assisted her, he still didn’t speak or give eye contact. He said something to her and she offered me a price. As always, a great experience at Granter's. I haven't been here in a few years and today I was helped by Sabreen who was awesome! They are the best in the area if you are looking to sell or get a loan. I have also had antique jewelry repaired there and it was quality work with a fair price.
