Honest and respectful staff. They have helped me out when needed. I have taken out loans several times with them and their staff has always treated me with respect and kindness. I never had an issue with the items I have left as collateral and I appreciate the reminders informing me when my loans were becoming due. I highly recommend their service.
So they have a 5 oz silver bar with price tag $179.99. The young lady was nice but her supervisor, Ray, was super rude and very unprofessional. Ray used a faulty language. Ray refused to comply with the price tag since silver price went up a little today 07/11/25.
