My favorite pawn shop. I've been coming here for over 30 years. They won my trust back in the early nineties when one of my employees stole a pair of diamond earrings and took it to them to pawn. I showed Granters the police report and describe the color and size. They worked with me, I paid the pawn ticket and got my earrings back. Since then, whenever I've needed a cash loan, I've brought in my jewelry. Great people! Shout out to Vito. ❤️
Honest and respectful staff. They have helped me out when needed. I have taken out loans several times with them and their staff has always treated me with respect and kindness. I never had an issue with the items I have left as collateral and I appreciate the reminders informing me when my loans were becoming due. I highly recommend their service.
So they have a 5 oz silver bar with price tag $179.99. The young lady was nice but her supervisor, Ray, was super rude and very unprofessional. Ray used a faulty language. Ray refused to comply with the price tag since silver price went up a little today 07/11/25. He jumped out from the cashier windows and started using bad words since I told him that I will give him an honest Google review. Ray even told me not to come back again aggressively.
