not helpfull at all, the lady who tried to help was rude and just after a check not for the community what so ever, they should fire her .
I had a terrible experience with that women on the phone. I recently moved and have been struggling. I really thought they would be nicer and not make me feel judged. However the lady straight up told me you’ve only been here for a month and already struggling? Very judgy and rude, I was NOT aware that you’d need to be here for at least six months that’s why I CALLED to ask. Terrible experience.
