Received a quote and then never heard anything back when I authorized moving forward. Very unprofessional.
The service set by this company is so poor, we have requested information concerning the CRA and have not heard anything since April when we gave all our documentation to GT and to this day we await replies having emailed on numerous occasions. To make the issue even more embarrassing Grant Thornton are still charging us for their services. We are UK citizens working with a Canadian solicitor trying to get answers to our issues with the CRA. Mr Thornton your service is So so poor!!!!

Highly disappointing customer service. Months of phone messages left and e-mails sent; not a single return reply. I provided all account details and what I needed as per the RESP account statements. It shouldn't be a difficult task to simply contact me back. I need my money for my child's education. GT should be ashamed.
