I love the photographer he's so kind and funny. Would kill for him, 11/10
Photographer refused to make graduate picture for Bishops students who does not have QR. How come our doctor tells us that vaccine is optional and Mr Grant decides that this is mandatory for his studio. So important moment for our youth that will be blocked by one scared man.
The customer service was appalling, especially to an extremely busy Bishop's student, and yet they probably get a lot business from the University. I called to ask a question about scheduling, and instead got a lecture rather than any help or compassion. You need to hire a professional to learn how to treat people and communicate properly.
It's a joke. You need to pay 230$ to get the electronic files of 2 pictures of 16 taken. Or 80$ for ONE electronic files. They just profit of students who want their graduation pictures.
