I'm a victim of this agency's fraudulent business practices also. When the Veteran’s Administration started looking into my case, they discovered that this corporation was sending bills to an address in Virginia that has no connection with me. Absolutely garbage, dropped my credit score by 60 points!!! I never lived anywhere near there, and a simple soft credit pull would have shown that. They are actually evil.
Is charging me for some service in a city I never visited during a time I was not even living in the USA! Absurd and reeks of shady practices.
