In my experience, Grant came across as arrogant, unappreciative, and completely out of touch with today's world. I found him to be an awful lawyer who lacked professionalism, communication, and any sense of client care. He reminded me of the stereotype of a doctor with absolutely no bedside manner—dismissive, condescending, and unpleasant to deal with. One word comes to mind when I think of Grant Baker: pathetic.
