Unorganized, unprofessional, unethical and unpleasant to deal with. The establishment is outdated along with the computer system they use. It’s Approximately a 3 to 4 week wait to hear back from anyone. Gerald Grant is a cook that charges Excessive hidden fees that are never disclosed prior to filing your taxes.
