Incompetent, lazy, unreliable, unapologetic, unwilling and unable to follow VERY simple instructions repeated time and again in person and in writing for writing up a will. Weeks wasted. Very expensive now. This was once a great firm. Avoid like the plague. Especially if your time is limited.
