11 Days to get an estimate after getting measured! I called on Monday the 11th to make an appointment to get measured on Friday. About an hour after the scheduled time I called? I was informed they had mad the appointment for a week from Friday. ( I am less then 1.5 miles from their location!) Friday they measured, and assured me they would give the the estimate soon. Today it is Thursday 6 days after the measurements were taken, and still no word. Update! Called exactly 11 days later with an estimate. I guess business must ... read more
