Dont do business here. They are so old school in how they handle accounts and billing. For example I get two statements a month from them and do not want to get them in the regular house mail delivery. I would like them sent to my email. Where I can view them, or through an account. But instead they waste the postage, an envelope they stick it all in and an envelope to mail back the payment. Each month they come in and I rip them up. Was in school in March. Call they tell me to wait until drop period is over and they should get info. Get bill in April. Late fee. Tell them in school again. They receive in school status dated back to Feb. they won't remove late fee. Baffling company. Would not recommend. Zero would be better rating.
Please release me from their evil clutches. They send all these messages that make no sense. Everything is so inconvenient and confusing. And I have no choice. Everything just made sense from the Federal Student Aid website. But don't worry, GSMR can cause anything to suddenly make no sense. It's in their best interest that it makes no sense.
