I made the mistake of buying bathroom fixtures before I realized that I couldn't find shower doors that would match. Nobody wanted to deal with me on this issue. It’s not whether you make mistakes, it’s how you handle them when you do. I had a windshield replacement and unfortunately there was a small problem with the install. And due the the placement of the issue, it went undetected for 10 months. Once the issue was realized, it was quite extensive and expensive. Granite State Glass management went out to look at my truck (at the dealership) the day after I reported it to them. I used GSG to replace the windshield in my AMG S63 Mercedes Benz and they did a fantistic job. Very clean showroom and very professional staff. Completed the job in less time than they initialy estimated. Highly reccommend.
Granite State Glass is fantastic. They filled some chunks that rocks had taken out of my windshield and did an amazing job with our glass shower doors. They're polite, punctual, and very honest. I can't recommend them enough.
Great customer service! Last month my SUV went in for a windshield replacement because of a crack that due to its placement couldn't be filled. They replaced the windshield and I was able to pick it up same day. While driving the following day I noticed that there was an imperfection in the glass that was in my line of sight.
