I have had a few online loans with GSCU in the recent years with no issues at all other than my learning experiences. This latest one was the most stressful because I had to call a few times with updates and talked with someone new every time. I had to keep explaining what I needed over and over. We came in to get a personal loan and an auto loan and it was the easiest and smoothest experience we have ever had with any banks. *Jackie* in the Derry branch helped me close my car loan with Santander and refinance with GSCU including opening me a new checking/savings account. *Leslie* was a huge help with answering questions and referring me to refinance my auto loan with this bank saving me about $15,000 in interest (I would have not refinanced if it wasn't for Leslies referral). *Angela* helped get my online banking enrolled very fast and efficiently after having some errors on my end. I've known this branch for nearly eight years, ever since my friends financed a car through them, and they've always had exceptional experiences. Recently, they faced a difficult situation, and the branch manager, Mrs. Cook, went above and beyond to help them through it. This bank operates the way banking should—deeply connected to the community and genuinely caring for its members. They take the time to understand each person's situation and do everything they can to assist. I highly recommend them!
