We deposited cash in the Concord branch ATM on 02/25/2021 after hours so it would be available today Monday 3/1/2021 for a large purchase. This gave the bank all day Friday, half a day Saturday and the morning of Monday to complete the deposit. The time is now 11:52am on Monday and still the funds are being held. My husband just recently purchased a truck. We thought we would try Granite State Credit Union for financing; they have been good to him in the past. He was financed. No complaints whatsoever with their knowledge or professionalism. Our complaint is with the phone system. There are no direct numbers to call, no extension numbers to punch in...no quick way to get to a specific associate!
