Stay away from this company. Very unprofessional! Been with them for years and all sudden started getting notifications from IRS things were not getting done. Than they decided not to do our taxes with calls and taxes sent to them like nothing has changed and they didn’t do corporate taxes or personal taxes without a word. Stay away!!!
I have been with this company for years. I will not go back. I had my taxes done early in the year, and I requested a hard copy because I prefer to mail my return in, as opposed to e-file. My accountant told me he would have them send it. Ten days later, when it did not arrive, I called them directly, and requested this again, as I was leaving the country for 17 days.
