I simply asked for a settlement letter before giving my account information. The woman whom helped me stated that she was the owner and that she would not send me anything until I paid in full and that she didn't have time for this. She tried to make it seem like I was acting irrationally for asking for a pay off settlement agreement? Why would a sane person give people they don't know their account information without some kind of documentation? She stated they don't own the debt and the debtor was a client. When and if any account is paid in full we do provide an receipt as well as an email stating that the account has been paid in full. *** ***** was sent documentation of his statement that was placed with our company. We have followed and will continue to follow all legal guidelines as required by law.
