Most tellers are super nice but one older lady is very RUDE
The branch manager, is very unprofessional. When we walked in, she pawned us off to a colleague. When overhearing my concern decided to chime in and flex her position. Claiming to be fluent in her companies policies she had to call and out source for information. Not to mention, her underling found information faster than her. She continued to quote state requirements and failed to acknowledge exceptions. Instead of trying to help or find an alternative solution, she was rude, unhelpful and ignorant in her position. Excellent ITIN service in The Granite West Valley branch inside Rancho Market. Margarita Martínez explained everything clearly in Spanish and was very professional and kind. Tania at customer service was also very efficient and professional. Highly recommended.
