As a new GCU member, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. In less than an hour Maddy set up three new accounts for me and Charlotte completed an application, so I could refinance my car for a better interest rate. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. Without any reservations, I highly recommend GCU, especially the new location in Sandy. The office is beautiful and the staff is awesome!

Cassidy was super nice along with Charlotte. I have had some identity theft happen, so trying to do financial things can be tricky. Thanks for letting me get an account here. I was told after a few months I can upgrade my account to a better one. I am excited to continue to build my relationship here and then move up with the credit union with bigger and better products.
