As a new GCU member, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. In less than an hour Maddy set up three new accounts for me and Charlotte completed an application, so I could refinance my car for a better interest rate. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. Without any reservations, I highly recommend GCU, especially the new location in Sandy. The office is beautiful and the staff is awesome!

Cassidy was super nice along with Charlotte. I have had some identity theft happen, so trying to do financial things can be tricky. Thanks for letting me get an account here. I was told after a few months I can upgrade my account to a better one. I am excited to continue to build my relationship here and then move up with the credit union with bigger and better products. The branch is beautiful, it is warm and inviting. Thanks for all of your help.
