Cassidy was super nice along with Charlotte. I have had some identity theft happen, so trying to do financial things can be tricky. Thanks for letting me get an account here. I was told after a few months I can upgrade my account to a better one. I am excited to continue to build my relationship here and then move up with the credit union with bigger and better products. The branch is beautiful, it is warm and inviting. Thanks for all of your help.

Don't go to this branch if you have a account and want to cash a large check and you have tattoos on your face because they judge you here rather harshly. Like she thought about it for a good 10 minutes before finally deciding to do her job. I really think I need a new bank to be honest ..
