Granite CountertopPro has great prices and a huge selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the showroom layout made it easy to compare granite, quartz and marble countertops. I love the décor and found the perfect custom kitchen countertops for my remodel. Highly recommend!
Francine and her team made getting new counters so easy! She was always helpful, upbeat and quick to respond to my many questions/ /concerns. Her patience was appreciated as we had delays on our end which postponed the installation. My choice of a lightly veined quartz complement the room and brightens the kitchen. Mixed experience. They offered great pricing and beat competitor quotes, but the quality and communication fell short. I was promised a 5-day turnaround, but the first install took over 2 weeks. The countertop had major issues—incorrect cuts left gaps, forcing me to add an unwanted backsplash. They even cut into my wall without permission, leaving damage behind my dishwasher. It was great working with Lorenzo and his team. We picked out the MSI quartz when our house just began the renovation process so we did not know exactly when would be a good time to install the countertop. Lorenzo and Alex were very patient and worked with us storing the countertop until we were ready for installation weeks later. They quickly worked with us on the schedule and the install went very smoothly. They also helped us modify the thick slab piece for the window quickly.
