I tried two different counselors here. One I stopped going to after she spent 20 minutes of our time talking about her new hairstyles and styles that she'd tried in the past. The other one seemed to think I didn't have a problem and made light of everything I said. Just because I'm a professional woman who "appears" to have everything together does NOT mean "I'm fine". Do your job!
Terrible experience with Suzanne Thompson. She gave marriage advice such as if your husband tells you something hurtful just tell him to "shut up" and if my husband says something while drinking I shouldn't let it bother me because he's drinking. She is extremely unprofessional.
