Preston was amazing to work with. He truly cares about his clients and put in so much work to get my family into our dream home within the timeframe we needed to be moved out of our rental by. Was shopping around for mortgage options and contacted this bank. They texted and called me incessantly over and over for one day while I was very busy and couldn't talk, then when I contacted them the next day they completely ignored me and refused to relate to me at all. Seems like a terrible place to bring your business now even if it was once a good place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
