The reception staff is helpful and friendly and patients are greeted with welcoming words by the various medical assistants. Margaret Grogan makes me forget that I'm not the only patient in the place. She is knowledgeable, quick to understand, and to meet my needs cheerfully. I also appreciate Drs. Tom Barman and Ron Brown very much for their expertise and experience.

I was politely escorted to the exam room in a timely way. My questions were answered fully. The MD was thorough, professional and kind. Very positive.
Friendly receptionist, very short wait time. My Dr, Jennifer Norris & her staff spends unhurried time with me. Explains things to me so I understand them.
Dr. Barman is explemplary
Everyone was very friendly and professional. They treated me with respect and gave me their full attention when talking to me. The practitioner who treated me was thorough and informative. It was also the fastest I have ever been treated at any facility, but that may have just been a coincidental slow time of day when I visited. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of simple Urgent Care.
