This tax service charged quit a bit of money from me to do my books and taxes. Once, The staff lost my paper work and blamed it on me, then called some time later to say that they had found it, they also double filed my 2019 taxes so now for the rest of my life my wife and I must use a IP number that changes annually from the irs, it was quit a night mare. We still have not been paid our tax refund from 2019 because of this. When we called for help we were instructed to contact the irs ourselves and there would be no help. M... read more
