We moved here just over 2 1/2 years ago and have been very happy. The apartments are lovely, the grounds extensive and very well maintained. The garden having won an award two years running in Portishead in bloom. All the communal areas in the building are currently being redecorated to a very high standard, making everything look like new. We are looking forward to our end of decorating celebration party.
Long term friends have recently moved in and this was our first visit. I was surprised it had been built over ten years ago because it could have been yesterday. The apartment be was spacious although we did have trouble finding them because their number wasn't on the signage. After visiting the top floor as well we did eventually find them. We were able to collect them and drop off at the main complex entrance but parking was in St Peters Road nearby. It is conveniently situated for Portishead High St and shopping.
Well laid out one and two bedroom apartments. Lovely gardens. Living in Manager. Large residents lounge. Visitors guest suite Laundry, wellness room, refuse room and Lift. Very friendly and helpful residents
Lovely caring and friendly home and very helpful manager and nothing is too much trouble
Very pretty block. Gorgeous lounge and lots of events pre Covid. Lovely Manager who's friendly and helpful.
