Cannot Follow Simple Instructions Ordered an entertainment center (925-5329), and told them 3 separate times that my amplifier needed ventilation in the back. I receive it and the only ventilation is in the back of the small shelves (8") on each side in the back. In the center, where the stereo will go, there is no holes of any kind. So now I cannot run cables/cord. The side pieces are sealed off from the center, so I cannot run cables/cords through them. Housewife I had looked and compared prices on bedroom furniture for over 6 months. Happened on Grandwood on line. went to factory and ordered what I was looking for. Received wonderful service and received far better price & quality then anything I had looked at. They also did some changes to fit my needs at no extra cost. So happy. Can not go wrong pick stain color and wood. Yes u have to wait for it to be built because this is not mass production,
USA Furniture Company" Grandwood Furniture" We bought several pieces of furniture from Grandwood Furniture.When we went to pick it up they did make a small mistake but fixed it right away.Nice people to work with love the dressers we bought.We will be going to the warehouse to see what they have in the way of livingroom stands.I love the fact that we have furniture MADE IN USA.
Best wood furniture I am a little upset to see the one poor review on here. I have bought from Grandwood a few times and have reffered a few friends to buy there as well and I have seen nothing but good things from this company. Keep up the good work Grandwood A++ quality.
Great product, great service. I bought from their mission collection but wanted it in cherry wood and needed some size modifications to fit our existing space. They were very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. I found their prices to be less than half of comparable furniture. I bought from them because of price, quality workmanship, quality materials and because I like to support american made products whenever possible. Grandwood Furniture get's it right! We absolutely love our furniture. We purchased our first piece over 5 years ago and have returned many times to add to our collection. Even our original pieces look brand new. We have never had any problems. The furniture is solid and gorgeous! I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends.
Hi Jane Sorry to hear you feel that way. Our furniture is guaranteed for the life of the product. Occasionally we have a bad glide from our supplier but we repair or replace anything that goes wrong. Everything we make is out of solid wood. We use local screws, nails, glue etc. There aren't any components to our furniture where we could cut corners. Please explain. What sort of trickery do you feel went on? Have you contacted us to let us know you may have a defective piece that needs repaired?
Poor Quality NEVER buy furniture from this company. Very shady. Furniture looks great at first look, but items are poorly built, and corners are cut to try and trick customer into thinking the product is high quality. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
