Jill stopped replying to emails and never returned calls. This was in February so I may have been a busy time but still, you shouldn't let potential clients slip through the cracks.
Do not under any circumstances use Jill's services. Extremely unreliable. No follow through. No execution. No communication. At first she comes across as very nice but then she just disappears - with all your info. Consider the age of the positive reviews.
