The cnas here are really good and the nurses are really good but when it comes to the administrator here is not open minded not allowing me to have my ESA pets in my room at all even though my therapist wrote a letter saying they are my ESA pets and that I should have them with me my pets are not a threat to anyone when I moved in here I was told by the administration I could have a pet as long as I had someone to help me take care of it and he changed his mind whatever happened to residents rights

If you want your loved one to be happy and heard, so they feel like they matter, this is NOT the place for you. Residents are not the priority. Their choices and voices fall on deaf ears.

Administrator makes decisions without thinking about the residents needs or rights.. Lacks EMPATHY and knowledge of residents ESA, yet strips the rights of the resident based on ignorance. Letters and testimonies back up and support her rights, but he, ALONE chose to be Cruel for no logical reason. Wish I could give zero stars just for administration. Do better.

Grandview Care Center has been home for our parent for two years. All of the staff are exceptional at what they do! They treat us like family, and we always look forward to going there. They are kind, compassionate and truly care about their residents. Thank you! We are forever grateful.
