I recently had the opportunity to spend some time at this facility and was very impressed with the atmosphere of the building it was clean, welcoming and well-maintained. The staff members I encountered were friendly professional, and treated the residents with kindness and respect.

They went above and beyond to make sure that my sister was able to feel at home and to enjoy the many activities they offer. Craig and the staff are wonderful! They take really good care of her and she’s very happy there.

Grandview Health Care Center is simply exceptional. Heather’s leadership as manager is outstanding, and it clearly reflects in the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. The social workers, Alexis and Allison, are compassionate, respectful, and always willing to help, making communication smooth and reassuring. The nurses are truly amazing—kind, attentive, and deeply dedicated to their patients. The cnas here are really good and the nurses are really good but when it comes to the administrator here is not open minded not allowing me to have my ESA pets in my room at all even though my therapist wrote a letter saying they are my ESA pets and that I should have them with me my pets are not a threat to anyone when I moved in here I was told by the administration I could have a pet as long as I had someone to help me take care of it and he changed his mind whatever happened to residents rights
