I was told if I use checking to pay off my balance, it would take 3 to 4 months to get my car title. That's absolutely ridiculous. If I pay with bank wire it will take 3 to 4 weeks. Clearly they are telling people that because there's something they don't like about paying off a loan with checking. I felt like I was being punished for wanting to just use my debit card. There's absolutely no excuse for it to take 3 to 4 months.

Bunch of frauds they repo my car and totaled my car now they charging me extras fees and over 6k I will sue this nasty fraud company don’t do business with them no wonder they located it in Glendale I will definitely sue them and definitely they lie about reporting on time Payments they don’t they are good at just shitting on people score when you can’t pay worst company hope this crappy bank goes to bankruptcy

Worse financial company I have ever dealt with . horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Was in a car accident and while my insurance company and gap insurance were processing my claims which didn’t happen overnight , it was a process. During the waiting period I was harassed,threatened about my credit score, continued to charge me late fees . I hereby state that I have been seriously harmed and financially damaged by the conduct of the institution referenced herein. BEWARE!! They mailed me a letter stating I had a 10 day grace period. And on the 7th day they called me threatening to repo my vehicle! The representative said on the phone they did not have to honor the grace period they put IN WRITING and they could repo at any time! Make your payment ON TIME. You do not have a grace period with this bank. That is a LIE. I’ve never had a company tell me I had a grace period and then not honor it. Refinance as soon as possible!
