The staff at Grandview cycle have been very helpful in regular maintenance, parks locating, and a whole tear down of my bike. Jack is one the best mechanics in town and definitely cares about his work and his providing great service to his customers. Would recommend 5/5

Popped in for because my stem was loose. Probably something I could have sorted out on my own, but it is a new bike and I didn’t want to screw it up. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Jack with a flurry of compliments on my DJ. He went above and beyond to show me how to fix the issue at no cost. This wasn’t an in-store experience, but I want to thank Jack for helping me when my bike’s rear wheel came out of place after a small accident. He stopped right away, figured out the problem instantly, and fixed it. Super professional and kind! I’ll definitely visit the store for any future bike needs. Thanks again, Jack!
I had an old (somewhat abandoned bike) that I was looking to get fixed up and rideable again. I took it here to Jack, and he did wonders with it! Got my 90's bike working again and some very needed replacements done very quick and at a great price. She still has her old charm, but she has some new parts (which she appreciates)! Could not be happier anywhere else! Thanks so much!
