A good time and great service
I brought in my bike with a flat tire twenty minutes before the store closed. He fixed the flat, adjusted my gears, and tightened my kickstand, all before it closed. Every single time I have had great customer service. I’ll never take my bike anywhere else!!
The staff at Grandview cycle have been very helpful in regular maintenance, parks locating, and a whole tear down of my bike. Jack is one the best mechanics in town and definitely cares about his work and his providing great service to his customers. Would recommend 5/5

Popped in for because my stem was loose. Probably something I could have sorted out on my own, but it is a new bike and I didn’t want to screw it up. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Jack with a flurry of compliments on my DJ. He went above and beyond to show me how to fix the issue at no cost.
