I banked with Grandview Bank for 12 years until I moved away. I never had a problem with them and their personnel has always been super helpful when I needed something.

I go to the bank when the website says it’s open and no ones at the one in Grandview like if no ones there then why does your app say it’s open
The tellers at the drive thru are occasionally rude and are ALWAYS rude to my husband... Half the time there are no pens or deposit slips in the capsules and they give my husband a difficult time when doing deposits. Sometimes they don't even greet us.
