Been a customer 22+ years. Always had great service when Robert, Joyce, Janet and that whole group were there. The last couple of years though and specifically the last 6 months your teller staff has become very sarcastic, condescending and really kind of rude. I banked with Grandview Bank for 12 years until I moved away. I never had a problem with them and their personnel has always been super helpful when I needed something.
