Grandview Assisted Living terminated my family member's contract without appropriate notice. They used scare tactics on my family members to get him picked up with less than 24 hours notice. There were no mediation sessions or meetings to discuss continuity of care or what steps could be taken to meet my family member's needs. Very disappointed that this is the care our elderly family member received at Grandview. Our family deserves better than this.
The view was grand
My grandma has dementia and she is so happy here, they can still go out and do stuff, and it is wheelchair accessible. I love this place so much and they take care of everyone.
