I attended a boxing event, and Grandstand was doing a silent auction there. Their memorabilia was unbelievable and their service was top notch. I got to meet Evander Holyfield! I would definitely use their services.
I never post poor reviews, however this place is unbelievable. Total scam artists! Charged me $828/night for a room in Nashville and had me pay in full. When I checked out of the hotel 4 days later they NEVER paid the bill so I had to pay (again) at check out. Good thing because the bill showed that the room was $399/night not $828! Not easy getting them to reply after they found out! Good thing for American Express.
Have placed orders with them on two separate occasions. The first time they stated it was out of stock even though the website stated it was in stock. Shortly after they changed it. This past time, I ordered something the 23rd of May. I emailed them on June 1 asking if they had a tracking number. I got a response saying my credit card hasn't been charged and the ball is not in stock. I have gone to their site (because that is the next thing they state that google pulls up previous websites) and they still have it in stock. C... read more
Grandstand Sports (now in LIC) sells fakes-It looks like a signature (not talking about the laser) when in fact it's PHOTOCOPY of an original!!!! They charge at the very least 40-60% markup. Unsigned photos of celebrates are being sold for 300+ when they're in fact worth about 72. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

These statements are slanderous and false and not anytime did these accusations occur. IF we knew who this person falsifying these claims so we could pursue this matter accordingly.
Ripped me off after sending a cheap product when I bid for a better one for charity
These guys are rip-off artists. A friend ordered the morning of 9/25 a signed Jose Fernandez pic for his son's birthday ($95) and the website said it was in stock. Still hasn't received it and when he called he was told it was out of stock. He then went to the website and lo and behold, it is in stock only now it is $449!! Not only are they taking advantage of somebody's tragic death, but they are refusing to honor a previous sale.
Got back from a Grandstand Sports trip to Napa and they did an excellent job with accommodations, transportation and tickets. The Silver Oak festival exceeded our expectations and the welcome cocktail party was excellent (we cancelled our dinner plans after seeing the great choices available.) They even went the extra mile to secure the right types of hotel rooms.
