Truly disgusting business practice. This company latches onto charity events to divert potential donations into their pockets. They sell reproduced memorabilia, in which they charge 5x-10x the item's market price. The items never get more than 1 bid, as the prices are so ridiculous, and they have a clause in which the charity only benefits in the case of people bidding over the initial bid minimum. if only there was an option for 0 stars, then GSM would get 0 stars from me. My clients are all non-profits and social service orgs, and I get invited to a lot of galas that have silent auctions. I like to support my clients, and their good works, so I bid on an item which I wound up winning. Unprofessional. Purchased an item over the weekend. Instead of removing the item, They raised the price on the item hours after. They following day they canceled my item and sold the said item for more money.

I don’t always write reviews of places, but I feel when a company goes above what is expected, they should be recognized. Seth, one of the employees did a great job handling my two transactions, one of them a return that was my fault. Everything was handled quickly, and in the right way. Thank you, and you gained a customer in the future as well.

They don't abide by Unsubscribe policy printed at the bottom of each email. I've been trying to get rid of them for months, followed the Unsubscribe procedure at least 8 times and yet the junk emails keep coming. Wish I never came across them at a charity event. Should have just donated directly to the charity. No wonder they have such a poor rating and poor reputation.

Almost ripped off!! I found an autographed hockey puck (Kuznetsov) that I was interested in buying. The regular price was $89.99, but it was on sale for $71.99 and free shipping. When I concluded the sale, the price was listed as $89.99 with free shipping. I tried to reach them by phone, but the person I needed to speak to had "just left". I was told to call back on Monday. When I called on Monday, I had to leave a voicemail. The guy called me back and said the price is $89.99. I corrected him by telling him the $71.99 pric... read more
