Classic case of a good company that got bigger than its ability to treat customers like people rather than dollar signs
Their employee relations is lacking. While they portray an employee friendly and family first business a deeper look seems to show they don't truly value their employees. But possibly prefer a misogynistic perverse management over excellent performance, position knowledgeability, determination, and reliability. I would definitely look elsewhere for printing and employment needs.
Very upset about our delivery. Spoke to several people on the phone to confirm a good delivery time. Specifically requested it not be delivered the day it was delivered. Also over an hour past our allowed deliveries time frame.
Owen and his team at grandstand are one of the better companies we have ever had work with us. Affordable, professional, and able to rush quick gifts to us in a helpful way. We highly recommend them!
