Billy Long and his team always take great care of my needs in the glassware and merchandise department. This last order was particularly challenging due to initial ordering errors on my part as well as multiple shipping locations all from the same order. The fixed my mistakes and handled a someone complex order like pros. Well done!
I called and placed my order with Kristin Halla-Mootz who couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered glasses to sell at our event last year and came back again because we were so happy with the glasses and the printing and they hold up well in the dishwasher. They were very popular with our guests.
Super disappointed with a mistake that was made by Grandstand that I approved without checking (assumed competence) resolution was pay for our mistake again for half price. Sorry small business does not have 1500 dollars to just give away to big business. Be careful doing business with this company.
Grandstand did an amazing job getting us our glassware and performance shirt ahead of time and the quality was amazing! Will definitely be using them for future projects!
