Grandstand's customer service has been above and beyond. Their creative team was quick to respond and even called me when they needed to get the design approved so we could receive the order on time. We got our items quickly and they looked amazing. When one box arrived damaged (by fedex, not them), they worked with us to get us another box IN A WEEK TURNAROUND. They made our wedding after party a smash hit. I cannot recommend them enough.
Billy and his team at Grandstand did an amazing job getting us our glassware ahead of time and the quality was amazing! Will definitely be using them for future projects!
