I needed a few stitches in a shoe and they took care of it for me
They are so kind. But they did not hem my dress to the length we had pinned it at and discussed. They also never contacted me to tell me it was ready. I called them a week before my event and they said “oh yeah it has been ready.”
These grandmas botched my daughter's wedding dress! It was not ready on due date then when she picked it up it was not sewn together correctly, whip stitched, the zipper was not sewn in there were half inch gaps in between stitches, uneven edges, wrong color thread used, they even put a hole in it!!! They would not help her try it on because they said they didn't think the seams would hold!!! Do not take anything to this business that you value please spread the word.
