I wish I would have looked closer at Grandin Road Reviews prior to purchasing my outdoor furniture. The frame is beautiful but the fabric is so cheap and not acceptable. It feels like plastic. I chatted online and they said I needed to contact via phone. I called and did not get a return call. Buyer beware on this fabric - not worth the money.
I bought two Christmas garlands and what was advertised as a window box filler for my outdoor decor this year. The garland was okay, but you have to have D batteries and they died after 3 weeks on the timer setting. The thing that makes this a 1 star is their "window box filler" doesn't even come close to filling a window box. I went to return the tiny filler and the website said it wasn't returnable, even though there were no warnings at checkout or notes on the page. Ordered the most beautiful dresser from them. It arrived perfectly packaged and is the perfect piece for the space. The quality is top notch.
As a former high end retail employee I know what to buy and what not to buy. Frankly they have reduced the quality of many of the Grandin Road products and I would advise moving to Frontgate or Ballard Designs. Be careful to verify stock on the item you are ordering. I suggest calling to order. Also for leather item beware they use bonded leather which is cheap sheet product. Do not buy it. Look for real leather. The couches are now being made with foam not feathers and you want kiln dried hardwood frames and steel springs. ... read more
