I have a wreath and a doormat in my cart totaling $278.40. I live in the same zip code as the warehouse and I can see it from my house. They want to charge $49.95 to ship it 2 miles??? And the tax rate given is 9.2% for 25.61 in taxes, instead of my county rate of 6.5%. Is that even legal? I don't need these items enough to pay these tax and shipping prices!!!

I would avoid this company based on our experience regarding the quality of the product, customer service, and specifically with “Product Specialist” Sarah Boone. We waited weeks for a master bed. It was delivered and unboxed as ordered, but once we began assembly, we discovered that a crucial box of hardware was missing, making it impossible to put the bed together. The product is high end, well made, and I have had some of my outdoor furniture for over 15 years and it still looks brand new. So classy! Great prices and the people that work there are engaged with their guests. They are so helpful and wonderful.

I ordered the Grandin Road Bronx Storage table. The first one the finish chipped off within the first 6 weeks. I returned and purchased a second one and AGain the finish is fading/peeling. I am expected to provide a box for the return. No one has a box big enough for their $25 box allowance. This product is not worth the money.
