Avoid this company—terrible customer service and unresolved issues. We ordered several chairs and tables, but two chairs arrived broken and two were the wrong color. We have contacted the company multiple times by both phone and email just asking for replacements. It has been over a month now; we have official UPS proof that the incorrect/damaged items were returned, yet we have received neither our replacement chairs nor a refund.

I ordered Barry the skeleton for $99 and am shocked that the quality is so poor. I think they may have sent me a return as the parts were scattered in the bottom of the box and one eye doesn't light. I have always been pleased at the high level of quality in the past, but if this is the current level of quality i won't be purchasing anything again.

The Snow Fox finish of our Beau Recliner starting wearing off only few years after purchasing. Now after just another year the finish on the arms is almost completely gone and the back is showing wear too. Very poor quality for such an expensive product. And response from GR very disappointing
