The place is very clean, the staff very caring and competent, the out of room common areas are spacious and maintained well.

Initially, when we moved to Lake City, we moved Mom into another ALF. It had great past reviews and it looked okay -- maybe a little old and in need of a good cleaning. As time went by we discovered it had a new owner, quite a serious roach problem and the meals were cheap, repetitive and always cold by the time they got to the table. The staff did the best they could with what little resources they had but it was an uphill battle. We looked around and found Grande Cypress. The difference was like night and day.
