First time visiting grand wellness and after my experience, I will definitely go back after the incredible massage I received from their message therapist named Blake. I loved my experience with the mani & pedi as well but I guess I might be too used to shellac because I wasn’t too happy with the final polish results after my shoes & jacket crimped the polish. I went to today for a Live cell analysis/microscopy done by Jill. She was very thorough, I got all the answers I needed today. I've been on a long journey fighting an unknown illness that my doctors have been unable to diagnose. I visited Grand Wellness on Saturday March 22nd with my sister for a bath soak. It is obvious that I'm quite pregnant (8 months) and I was really looking forward to a nice hot, relaxing bath. Upon arriving I was offered a drink, which is normal for them to ask before going into the soak; I've been multiple times in the past. When I said "I'd love one but I can't, I'm pregnant", the conversation with the girl working the front desk became awkward. Buyer beware if you get a groupon for this place. The manager expects the client to do "all" their research and lays blame on YOU, the client, when you point out that the service time you paid for is not the actual amount of time you get for the service. The manager was rude, condescending and in front of staff and other clients yelled at both my husband and I for asking for clarification.
