My mother was recently been in respite care at Grandvilla. Grantville is a very homely environment and felt very inviting. We cannot speak highly enough of the care my mum has received at this residential facility. Many thanks for the love, care and respect that the Grand Villa staff provided to Mum over the past 10+ years, and especially over the last couple of weeks and days before she passed peacefully on her 100th birthday on August 4, 2026. Grand Villa provided a warm and supportive environment and provided Mum everything she needed to live a comfortable, fulfilling life in her later years. Our late mum was cared for at Grand Villa until her passing just recently. Sant has made many positive changes since taking over management. We chose Grand Villa for mum coz it was a smaller place and had a homely feel. The staff were friendly and had compassion towards mum. After mum passed Sant called me a number of times to check on me and my sister to see how we were coping, he said we were welcome to call in and have a coffee with him and the staff or sit in mum’s old room. Thank you Sant, we appreciate your kindness.
My relative was treated very well at Grandvilla, with respect and compassion. He would not have been the easiest person to care for, but Grandvilla did so and very well.
