By far the most unprofessional place I have ever been to for dot drug testing I never had any problems anywhere else except here. Everyone including the MD in charge needs to be fired. The tech made a huge mistake and they all covered up for the tech complete clown show. Too all drivers beware

Teresa Lim did not listen to my complaints about a work injury nor did she order an MRI right away so if there is something wrong it will have been 3 weeks past the injury and that could have been time used towards healing she also told me to wait for a call from scheduling to schedule the MRI I call scheduling and they tell me they do not call people to schedule MRI's and she had a very bad attitude when I expressed that I think there might be something more extensive going on and I spent 10 years as an EMT and it is my bod... read more
This place doesnt care about anyone but the people u work for they get pay through workers comp to say that we r ok so they can't cut off all benefits so I got a lawyer and got a 2nd opinion and I had bad carpal tunnel while they said I was ok to go back to work and I got worse so don't trust them they do t work for u but workers comp get a 2nd opinion through ur Dr
I wouldn't really know how the service is, as i can't get thru to scheduling. Grandview recently changed their telephone answering system required to make MRI appointments, so i sit on the phone for 20+ minutes whenever i call. This is the worst scheduling system ever. You folks screwed up a simple scheduling request system.
