Fire Dr fishmen staff. They need to treat clients with respect. Poor job on their end and lost a client my wife. It is their loss. Also they need to know the client is always right not the staff.
Must preface my review by saying the surgeon, Dr. Fishman, has amazing bedside manner. I saw him several years ago when I was first looking into WLS & he spent a long time with me & my mom in my appointment. The TRAGEDY is his office staff is chock full of b*tches. They were very mean to me throughout my time in the program. They have ZERO understanding nor compassion that the decision to undergo weight loss surgery is the hardest one we will ever make.
