My husband has been somewhat of a difficult patient in the Memory Care unit at Grand South. The staff has always been kind and caring. The staff knows how to deal with him which I was unable to do. He has improved greatly since being at Grand South. It takes a very special person to deal with dementia patients and it seems everyone is special in the way they care for him. I wanted to mention April , the director of nursing, she has gone above and beyond to be helpful
We are thankful for the care mom has been given. It was rough in the beginning and you handled it well. Brittany and staff have been great. No issues. The monthly meetings are good. Our only regrets is when we will have to leave.
