Great place! We had lots of fun!
Just stay somewhere else! Was flying into Reno when learned my reservation was canceled. Immediately called and was told nothing they could do. Messaged and was told they could reinstate it. Arrive about 5 and self check in. Room not ready. Okay about 7:30 I go to counter and told they'll see what they could do. Finally got a room. The GSR NEVER has to worry about me EVER staying again! Should have just stayed at the Atlantis.
