I really like this resort! It has everything you need. We stayed on the Concierge Level which had a beautiful view. The room was decent sized, clean and quiet. The room had a small refrigerator, coffee maker, water bottles, iron & board and a safe. We had two queen size beds, a night stand between the two beds with a clock on it, a desk with USB/ Power/ Ethernet outlets, office chair and a nice large chair. Grand Sierra is my #1 choice to stay when I'm in Reno. My host My-Lan is the best! She always let's you know when there is a concert on town and asks if you're interested. She's very responsive to call/texts. Would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. The resort is very family friendly. Great for adults and kids.
